Ilaria Pertot, Professor of Plant Pathology at the University of Trento and Director of C3A, focuses on sustainable agriculture, pesticide reduction, and climate adaptation, promoting Challenge-Based Learning to engage students, researchers, and stakeholders in real-world agro-food sustainability challenges.

Stefano Turrini works with the University of Trento (DISI and SOI) and the ECIU alliance to link universities and businesses. His research focuses on challenge-based learning (CBL), engaging students, faculty, and companies in real-world problems through interdisciplinary and international projects to find practical solutions.
