HOW TO APPLY

PARTICIPATION AND REGISTRATION

Festival participation is free and open to everyone, subject to availability, upon registering online for one or more events in the programme.
The initiative is valid for teachers’ professional development.

Teachers and education professionals may apply for partial coverage of expenses, including free accommodation and a contribution towards travel costs, if they attend at least two full days of activities (see Registering information below).
Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis — register early to secure your place.

REGISTERING FOR INDIVIDUAL EVENTS (NO EXPENSE COVERAGE)

To register free of charge for one or more events, complete the online form by 9 March 2026.

Workshop places are limited and prioritized for teachers attending multiple days.

Your registration is confirmed only after you receive our email. Certificates of participation, valid for teachers’ professional development, will be issued upon attendance.

REGISTERING WITH PARTIAL EXPENSE COVERAGE

Up to 50 participants will be admitted for partial expense coverage, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reimbursement will be processed upon submission of digital receipts and in accordance with the University of Trento travel regulations (link). If allocated funds are exhausted, reimbursement will be granted in order of registration. Car travel expenses cannot be reimbursed.

How you will be selected:

Complete the online form by 9 March 2026, including personal details, ID, and CV. Select workshops/events for at least four half-days. Applications will be reviewed promptly, and you will be notified of the outcome via email within a few days. If selected, you will be asked to confirm your participation within 7 days. Please do not book any travel tickets before receiving our notification, as we will need to check together that your travel arrangements comply with UniTrento regulations.

If you cannot attend, notify us as soon as possible so your place can be reassigned. Partial or no attendance may result in loss of expense coverage, and you maybe asked to cover any cancellation costs incurred by the University of Trento.

Terms and Disclaimer:

• The programme may be adjusted for organisational reasons. Some events may take place in Italian or English, depending on the language of the majority of participants. Preferences indicated in the registration form may not always be accommodated, due to language requirements or limited places in workshops. Participants will be notified of any changes.
• If all places are filled, this will be announced on the website, and a waiting list will be opened. Subject to additional resources, the number of available places may be increased.
• The initiative is valid for teachers’ professional development, and a certificate of participation will be issued upon attendance.
